What We Do

Five kinds of work, one contractor who's done all of it.

Thirty years in the trades covers a lot of ground. Below is what Troy Wayne Contractors handles most — if your project doesn't fit neatly into one of these, call anyway.

Hand tools organized on a rack, ready for a home repair job.
01 / Home Repairs

The list you've been putting off, finally handled.

From a sticking door to a punch list left over from another contractor's job, Troy handles the small and mid-size repairs that keep a house running right — trim, drywall, doors and windows, and general carpentry fixes. No job is too small to warrant a call.

Home with newly renovated siding and white trim.
02 / Renovations & Remodeling

Kitchens, baths, basements, and full rooms.

Planned and managed by someone who has worked in the trades himself for thirty years. Troy walks every renovation from the first estimate to the final walkthrough, brings in the right trade specialists for each part of the job, and stays hands-on throughout instead of handing it off and disappearing.

Crew building a new wood deck, framing visible.
03 / Decks & Outdoor Spaces

Built to hold up to Kentucky weather.

New decks, deck rebuilds, railing, and outdoor living spaces — framing, footings, and decking done to code, with an eye for how the space will actually get used once the tools are packed up.

Roofer removing old shingles during a roof repair.
04 / Roofing & Repairs

Leak repairs, shingle replacement, and full re-roofs.

Troy inspects the whole roof — not just the spot you called about — so small problems get caught before they turn into water damage inside the house.

Painter working on the exterior trim of a brick house.
05 / Painting & General Carpentry

The finish work that makes a job look finished.

Interior and exterior painting, trim carpentry, and finish details. Prep work is never skipped — surfaces get sanded, caulked, and primed properly before a drop of paint goes on.
